i.Fairy Ruby Red circle lens review~ ♥

Hello~!!

Not that many people read my blog, but I'm sorry for not posting for so long!!! ; A ;

The tasks I had to do at university made me quite busy > <; I still haven't even done all my homework~~

Anyway, onto the review!!! >:3

i.Fairy Ruby Red circle lens information:

They were pretty affordable and the shipping wasn't too expensive!

This was my most recent use of the contacts, for my Karakuri Burst Rin cosplay!!

I really love these contacts, despite having bright blue eyes, if it's not too bright outside, the contacts look amazing! Otherwise it's still not too bad! ^-^

In regards to comfort, the high water content makes them really comfortable! And I don't usually have to use wetting solution until after 5-6 hours, they stay comfortable for quite a long time!

The colour is lovely and vivid, even in slightly darker shots! And I think that the design of the Ruby red makes it suitable for both cute and scary cosplay! Since the large black edge is good for a dolly and dark sort of look. So I would also recommend it to gothic lolitas as well as cosplayers who are going for an edgy or scary look to their eyes!

This lovely shot, taken by Neil Creek Photography!
I tend to like wearing larger contacts because I like the dolly eye effect on me! And my eyes don't seem to agree with 14mm contacts as much for some strange reason, so I love these contacts since they are massive!!

Onto the verdict!

Comfort: 10/10
Colour/Strength of colour: 9/10
Price: 9/10
Overall: 9/10!! ♥

Much love for these contacts and I will be sad when I have to throw them away, but if I ever need red contacts, I will be sure to buy them again! ^^

Apologies for the Unannounced Hiatus m(_ _)m

お久しぶり~

Haven't had a lot of time to post, nor have I had any time to post any tutorials or videos or even blogs ; A ; I'm shameful~ XD

Anyway, so I bought a crapload of contacts (five pairs to be precise) which I shall be reviewing soon! I shall also be posting more videos as well and eventually I'll actually get around to making a Facebook page for my videos and reviews to all be followed easily in one spot! ^-^ It sounds silly, but it will just be a page to archive it all and make it more accessible to those who don't really have a google/youtube account and for close friends who want to check out my blog/reviews without having to get a google account!

So I've been up to a lot since my last blog ; A ; So I'll do a summary for you!

Basically had a blast a Manifest 2012 in August, despite staying up until ungodly hours of the morning finishing cosplay preparations and crying. I got 45 minutes sleep the night before Manifest Saturday ; - ; Yeahh... my bad. I wasn't as prepared as I thought I was and forgot to do things... Never going through that again. I had somehow conjured up a Fate/Stay Night/Zero cosplay group, and I went as Saber, and my best friend went as Gilgamesh! ^-^ Two of our friends joined us as Archer and Kotomine Kirei (the Fate/Zero version of Kirei). One of our new friends was kind enough to be our Rider, and she looked gorgeous! We also bumped into some Fate/Zero cosplayers who practically abducted us at the Melbourne showgrounds and took us out to the carpark for some group photos.

Behold, the 'planned' Fate/Stay Night/Zero crossover group. Photo credited to Henry Tiong, who did his best with the ridiculously harsh sun making us all squinty!

This was the improvised Fate/Stay Night/Zero crossover group that resulted from the kidnapping, photo thanks to Michael Bosa ♥ Many awesome photos were taken at that shoot.

Don't mind me, I'm now going to photo spam! ^-^

The photos thanks to Regan Lau!! ♥

An action shot of Archer and Saber~
I was so happy with Excalibur, Justin made all three of our swords and did an amazing job for his first time ever making a wooden sword by hand and painting them all on his own too.

Kirei (Dylan), Gilgamesh (Yasmin) and Rider (Rachel) ♥♥ They look amazing :3

An improvised shot of Kiritsugu Emiya and Kotomine Kirei.... I recall Dylan being legitimately fearful for his life at that stage...
One of the best derp shots of the day, Gilgamesh and Rider make the best faces ever~
Probably my ultimate favourite shot of the day (left). Archer, Kirei, Gilgamesh and Saber. Dylan was described as the most "jovial" Kotomine ever. His face, and my awkward clawing at Gilgamesh's armour makes me laugh everytime!!!

Well, I'll leave it at that for now, since this post has already gone on long enough, and will post about a few more events that I have attended over the next couple of days.
